The Lancers Lake Ridge Swim Team (LRST) is one of 24 teams in the Prince William Swim League, located in Prince William County, Virginia. Our team accepts swimmers of all experience levels, ages 4-18. Although encouraged, membership in the Lake Ridge Community Swim Club (LRCSC) is not required to be on the Lancers swim team. We practice daily from Memorial Day until the end of July. All swimmers are encouraged to compete in the Saturday morning meets, which begin the second weekend in June.

Our motivated and experienced coaching staff is composed almost exclusively of previous and current members of our swim team. The coaches will help your child have fun while improving his or her swimming abilities.

The Lancers sponsor many team activities throughout the season, including pizza parties, pancake breakfasts, pasta parties, spirit week, and the end-of-season awards banquet.

Starting this summer, the coaching staff of the Lancer Swim Team will be offering swim lessons to all members of the LRCSC and LRST.

Are you interested in serving on the Swim Team Board of Directors? We are always looking for parents with the time and skills to help out the team. We currently have 3 positions available. See Russ Vogel or Lori McDonald if you are interested. Assignments are made at the first meeting.
